James McLaughlin will be discussing their recently released book The WVU Coed Murders: Who Killed Mared and Karen? with WVU’s Dr. Hal Gorby at the Marion County Public Library December 11, 2021. The question and answer session will take place from 12–1pm with a book signing to follow.
Feast of the Seven Fishes is an Italian-American Christmas tradition of serving seven courses of seafood dishes to celebrate Christmas Eve. Fairmont, WV hosts a public celebration every year.
You can check out our Q&A, get your books signed, then head up the street to see what’s happening at the Feast of the Seven Fishes. This is the last day of the Feast and you can see what activities are scheduled on mainstreetfairmont.org/feast.
There will be bakers, musicians, artists, and lots of food and drink. We hope to see you there!
